Strawberry Ice Cream Shake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam
• 30 gr. cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia)
• 50 ml strawberry liqueur (optional)
• 2 tbsp. milk
• Whipped cream, for decoration: chopped crispy cookies, sliced ​​strawberries

Preparation:

1. Beat ice cream, jam, in a blender at medium speed. cream cheese, strawberry liqueur, milk and 3 ice cubes until smooth.
2. Pour into short glasses, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cookies, and add strawberry slices.
