Brownie and Cotton Candy Sunday

Preparation:

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil; spray with cooking spray. In a large saucepan, melt 2 cups dark chocolate and 4 ounces butter over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in 3/4 cup each refined and brown sugar; let cool slightly. Whisk in 4 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Whisk in 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then whisk in 1 cup crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies and 0.5 cups of chopped chocolate bars and salted peanuts. Transfer to the prepared baking dish; bake at 325°F (160°C) for 35 minutes. Cool, cut into pieces. Serve the brownies with Neapolitan ice cream, whipped cream, and cotton candy.
