Ingredients:
- 220 gr. cream cheese (such as mascarpone)
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 pcs. crumbly ladyfingers cookies (Savoyardi)
- 3/4 cup espresso coffee
- 1 tbsp rum
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
Preparation:
- Mix the mascarpone cream cheese with powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the coffee and rum, then soak the cookies in it. Fill the glasses with the cream cheese and place the cookies on top.
- Garnish the tiramisu with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
