Horseradish butter

Ingredients:

  • 120 g butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives or green onions
  • 3 tablespoons of horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation:

  1. Combine the butter, onion, horseradish, salt, and lemon zest in a food processor. Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag or wrap in parchment paper. Place the butter in the freezer and chill until firm. Slice the butter and serve with the roasted meat.
