Ingredients:
- 900 g lean ground beef
- 250 g of minced pork
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs with Italian herbs
- 1 cup of milk
- 0.5 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, eggs, garlic, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Form the meatballs and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes depending on the size of the balls.
- Insert toothpicks or skewers into the finished meatballs and serve as an appetizer.
