Ingredients:
- 8 corn tortillas diameter 15 cm.
- 200 g low-fat cheese
- 250 g smoked chicken breast, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup green chili peppers
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 110 g of low-fat sour cream
Preparation:
- Heat a heavy-bottomed cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place 1 tortilla in front of you and spread 1/8 of the cheese on one side. Top with 1/4 of the chicken, 1/4 of the avocado, 1/4 of the green chili, 1/4 of the cilantro, and another 1/8 of the cheese.
- Roll and place on the grill. Cook until the cheese begins to melt, flip with a wide spatula and continue cooking. Remove from the grill to a cutting board. Cut into 4 pieces. Serve with salsa and low-fat sour cream.
