Ginger Peach Melba Dessert in Foiltopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:In a large bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger and 3 tablespoons sugar; toss with four halved and pitted peaches. Place the peaches on a large sheet of foil; sprinkle with 1 cup of raspberries. Fold the edges of the foil over the top and seal.Grill the foil-wrapped fruit over medium-high heat until the peaches are tender and the berries are juicy, 15 to 20 minutes. Turn the bag of peaches over to coat them with the berry sauce. Serve, if desired. Peaches Melba with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. Ingredients: |
