Ingredients:
- 3 cups canned chickpeas (rinsed, reserving 1/2 cup liquid)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tbsp. sesame tahini paste
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce with cayenne pepper (Tabasco sauce)
- 1 tbsp. table vinegar
- 1.5 tsp salt
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas with their liquid, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice, paprika, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and salt. Puree until smooth and creamy.
