Ingredients:
- 300 gr. marshmallow
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
- 6 cups brown rice cereal
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries or raisins, optional
- 2 tbsp sesame or sunflower seeds, optional
Preparation:
- Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Quickly stir in the marshmallows and cook until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the puffed rice and dried fruit and seeds (if using) until completely coated and combined.
- Spray a rubber spatula or wooden spoon with cooking spray and press the mixture evenly into the pan. Cool and cut into 5cm squares or use kitchen scissors to create fancy shapes. Store in an airtight container.
