Bourbon Ice Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 60 ml bourbon
  • Caramel sauce for filing

Preparation:

  1. Place the ice cream in the refrigerator the day before the party.
  2. Stir bourbon into melted ice cream and caramel sauce, and serve with bread pudding or another dessert, such as vanilla or chocolate cake.
