No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of homogeneous peanut butter, plus 1/4 cup
  • 1.5 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 170 g (12 tbsp) melted butter
  • 2 cups of crushed straw with salt
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, crushed sugar, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each microwave, until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted and smooth. Two 30-second intervals are usually sufficient. Mix well, then spoon onto the peanut butter-mixed straw crust.

    Refrigerate for at least an hour, then cut into squares.
