Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp ground ancho pepper
- 4 ears of grilled corn
Preparation:
- Combine butter, garlic, barbecue sauce, and ancho powder in a food processor. Season with salt and process until smooth.
- Spread the herb butter on the grilled corn on the cob. Season with salt to taste.
