Ingredients:
- 120 g of cottage cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce or 1/4 cup any hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups finely chopped grilled chicken
- Celery seeds
- Chopped green onions
- Coarsely grated cheddar cheese
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Celery and carrot sticks, plus a cracker, for serving
Preparation:
- Mix cream cheese with sour cream, pepper sauce, and chicken. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with celery seeds, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20 minutes. Stir in the blue cheese. Serve the dip with celery, carrots, and crackers.
