Spicy watermelon sticks with sour cream-lime dip topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 small red watermelon weighing 1.5 kg.
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Preparation:
- Cut a small seedless watermelon into 7 x 0.5 cm sticks. Mix 1 teaspoon chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon each of ground coriander and cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt. Sprinkle over the watermelon.
- Mix 0.5 cups of sour cream with the zest and juice of 1 lime and add a pinch of ground cumin and salt. Serve with watermelon sticks.
