Guacamole with avocado pieces

Preparation:

Halve, peel, and dice 3 ripe avocados. Place in a bowl with 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1-2 finely chopped serrano chiles (seeded to reduce heat), the juice of 2 limes, and 1 teaspoon coarse salt. Mash until combined but still chunky. Stir in 1 diced tomato and season with salt to taste.
