Avocado sauce "Guacamole" topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp finely diced red onion
- A few tablespoons of canola oil, optional
- 3 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 or 2 jalapeño peppers, finely diced
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mash the cilantro, onion, canola oil (if using), avocado, lime juice, and jalapeño with a fork. The guacamole should have a chunky texture, with chunks of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
