Orange and Lemon Slice Jelly

Preparation:

Cut 2 oranges and 4 lemons in half and scoop out the pulp. Then place the peels in muffin tins to keep them flat.

Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil, add two 85g packages of orange gelatin, mix, and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture into each orange peel half to the brim.

Repeat with two 85g packages of lemon gelatin and lemon peel halves. Refrigerate for 3 hours, then cut into wedges.
