Grilled bok choy with sesame seeds

Preparation:

Cut 0.5 kg of young bok choy into 2 pieces and wash. Microwave until tender, about 4 minutes.

Whisk together 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil, and 2 teaspoons sriracha. Pat the bok choy dry; toss with the dressing.

Grill for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
