Passion fruit “Hurricane” cocktail

Preparation:

Place ice cubes in a blender, then add grapefruit juice, passion fruit puree, dark rum, soda water, and sugar. Blend on high speed until smooth and snow-like. Strain into a tall glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice (from 1 small grapefruit) plus 1 grapefruit wedge for garnish
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit puree
  • 4 tbsp dark rum
  • 1 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
  • A little seltzer water
