Preparation:Place the turkey in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients (except the bread) and toss to combine. Serve on toasted sandwich bread. Ingredients:
- 600 g smoked turkey breast, diced
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 250 g provolone cheese, cut into 1 cm cubes.
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped (optional)
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped with scissors
- Soft whole grain sandwich bread, for serving
