Double Chocolate Marshmallow Milkshake topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup very cold heavy cream
- 1/4 cup marshmallows
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream
- Grated dark chocolate, for decoration
Preparation:
- Beat the cream, marshmallows and vanilla extract with a mixer on high speed until thick.
- Combine milk and chocolate syrup in a blender. Add chocolate ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Fill 4 tall glasses one-quarter full with the cocktail, top each with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream. Continue filling the glasses in the same order, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle the cocktails with grated chocolate.
