Pea gratin with artichokes topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 250 g frozen artichokes, defrosted
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Melt 1 tbsp (15 g) butter in a frying pan. Add flour and sauté, stirring, for 1 minute. Pour in milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Add artichokes, peas, salt, and lemon zest, and bring to a boil.
- Place the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
