Cocktail “T-Bird Blush” topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups of ice
- 2 tablespoons canned whole cranberries
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 90 ml white cranberry juice
- Juice of half a lime
- 90 ml of vodka
- 1 wedge of lime
- 1 teaspoon green sugar (found in the baking aisle)
Preparation:
- Place ice in a shaker, add cranberries and mint and stir.
- Add cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka, shake vigorously 10 times.
- Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lime wedge and dip it in green sugar to seal it in place. Strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
