Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut ice cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp almond paste
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
- Coconut flakes, for decorating the glass
- 1 can of whipped cream
- Muesli bars, for serving
- Chopped chocolate-coated almonds, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, almond paste and cocoa and blend until smooth.
- Place the melted chocolate in a bowl. Take a glass and dip its rim in the chocolate. Then dip it in the coconut flakes to ensure it sticks. Decorate the other glasses in the same way.
- Carefully pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with whipped cream. Place a granola bar into the whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate-covered almonds and serve.
