Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 8 peanut butter cookies
- 0.5 cups grape jam
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
- Place chopped peanuts on a small plate. Spread jam on the flat side of each cookie. Turn the ice cream containers on their sides and, using a serrated knife, cut straight through the cardboard into 3-5 cm thick discs.
- Place 1 disc (remove cardboard) on the jam-covered flat side of the cookie and top with another cookie like a sandwich.
- Roll the sides of the ice cream in chopped peanuts. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
