Fruit Spritzer with Limoncello

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 8 maraschino cherries, for garnish
• 4 lemon wedges, cut in half, for garnish
• 4 orange slices, halved, for garnish
• 120 ml limoncello, such as Caravella
• 60 ml. whiskey, for example Angel's Envy
• 60 ml of orange juice
• 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry syrup
• 360 ml of sparkling water

Preparation:

1. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Then top each glass with 2 cherries, 1 lemon wedge, and 1 orange wedge.
2. Fill a shaker with ice, add limoncello, whiskey, orange juice, and cherry juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a pitcher. Add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. Pour into prepared glasses and serve.
