Ginger-carrot cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of vodka
- 90 ml carrot juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- 30 ml apple juice
- 2 thin slices of fresh ginger
- Lime wedges for garnish
Preparation:
- Crush the ginger slices in the bottom of a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Shake well for about 10 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
