Simple coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 package (400 g) of coleslaw mix
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix, dill, and parsley and stir. Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir again before serving.
