Mahi-Mahi Ceviche topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g mahi-mahi fillet, diced
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- A quarter of a red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- Half an avocado, diced
Preparation:
- Combine mahi mahi, lime juice, salt, garlic, and onion. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add cilantro, oil, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, jalapeño, and avocado and serve.
