Mahi-Mahi Ceviche

Ingredients:

  • 450 g mahi-mahi fillet, diced
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • A quarter of a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • Half an avocado, diced

Preparation:

  1. Combine mahi mahi, lime juice, salt, garlic, and onion. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add cilantro, oil, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, jalapeño, and avocado and serve.
