Summer Dip Sauce "Guacamole"

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar + more if desired
  • Half a jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 small Spanish onion, finely chopped

Preparation:

  1. Place avocado, cilantro, vinegar, jalapeño, and onion in a bowl.
  2. Mash the mixture with a potato masher or fork until it forms a coarse, chunky paste. Season with salt and pepper and add more vinegar, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
