Guacamole with mango

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pits. Cut the avocado into cubes, then spoon them into a bowl.
  2. Add red onion, salt, jalapeño, lime juice, mango, and tomatoes and toss gently. Add cilantro.
