Agua Fresca with Strawberries and Basil topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g of hulled strawberries
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 4 large basil leaves + sprigs for garnish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
- Place strawberries, sugar, basil leaves and lemon juice in a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
- Add 2 cups of cold water and beat for another 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add another 2 cups of cold water. Serve over ice.
