Gin and tonic with rose water

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried edible rose petals
  • 180 ml tonic
  • 45 ml of quality gin
  • 0.5-1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 strawberry, for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Place 0.5 teaspoon of petals in a tall glass (highball or collins), fill the glass with ice, then add the remaining 0.5 teaspoon of rose petals.
  2. Pour in tonic, then gin, then rosewater, and add more ice. Make a slit in the strawberry at the pointed end, almost to the stem, and set it on the rim of the glass.
