Peach Cobbler topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- Crushed ice
- 60-75 ml of rye whiskey
- 75 ml. peach nectar
- A drop of bitters
- About 5 frozen peach wedges, halved
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemon wedge
Preparation:
- Fill a large wine glass with crushed ice.
- Gently combine whiskey, peach nectar, a splash of bitters, peaches, mint, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Strain over ice in a glass and serve chilled.
Note
The whiskey flavor may be strong at first, but as the ice and fruit melt, the cocktail turns into a light summer drink.
