Fried rice with curry topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 6 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 4 cups of boiled rice
- Sesame oil, to drizzle
Preparation:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the beaten egg and swirl the pan to coat the bottom; let set, then transfer to a plate. Add the green onions to the skillet along with curry powder and pepper to taste; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, spread it into an even layer, and fry for 3 minutes. Add the egg and salt to taste; stir to break the egg. Drizzle with sesame oil.
