Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups premium flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 0.5 cups muesli
- 2 cups chopped nut mixture
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
Preparation:
- Beat 110g butter with 1 cup dark brown sugar until fluffy, then add 3 eggs, 100g melted semi-sweet chocolate, 2 tbsp sour milk (or kefir) and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups flour, 0.5 cups alkalized cocoa powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder; fold into the butter mixture and knead into a dough. Add 1 cup rolled oats, 0.5 cups Grape-Nuts granola, and 2 cups chopped mixed nuts.
- Place 1 tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then bake for 8-12 minutes at 175°C.
