Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- Finely chopped milk chocolate, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, beat the powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla extract, and salt with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Scoop out 1 teaspoon of the mixture, form into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll the truffles in chopped chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
