topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 110 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 8 cups corn tortilla chips
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, cocoa powder, and salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth. Place the tortilla chips in a large bowl, pour in the melted chocolate mixture, and stir to coat evenly.
  2. Let the chips cool slightly, then transfer to a large paper bag or a zip-lock plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag tightly, and stir to coat the chips well. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to three days.
