Ingredients:
Cocktail
- 120 ml red grapefruit juice
- 60 ml of vodka
- 30 ml rosemary syrup, recipe below
- 1 small sprig of rosemary, for garnish
Rosemary syrup
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
- Combine grapefruit juice, vodka, and rosemary syrup in a cocktail glass. Stir, add ice cubes, and stir again. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
- Rosemary syrup:
Yield: 1.5 cups
Combine sugar, rosemary, and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Let cool, then remove the rosemary sprig. The syrup can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
