Tzatziki sauce with pita bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, mint, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
