Ingredients:
- 2 cups non-alcoholic natural apple cider
- 1 cup cinnamon liqueur, such as Fireball
- 3 bags of 7 g. powdered gelatin
- Cinnamon gummies, such as Red Hots, for garnish
- Orange sprinkles, for decoration
- Yellow sprinkles, for decoration
- Whipped cream, for decoration
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider and cinnamon. Stir in the gelatin and let it sit until softened and dissolved, about 5 minutes. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch (22-cm) pie dish and refrigerate until completely set, at least 2 hours or overnight. Decorate the edge of the pie with cinnamon-flavored gummies. Make a ring of orange sprinkles in front of the gummies; add a ring of yellow sprinkles inside. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut the pie into 8 slices and serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
