Avocado and green pea dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt + more to taste
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and diced

Preparation:

  1. Place the green peas, lime juice, salt, and avocado in a food processor and process until the mixture is lumpy. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if needed. Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately.
