Test Pilot Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of rum
  • 20 ml white rum
  • 15 ml triple sec
  • 3 ml Pernod (anise liqueur)

Preparation:

  1. Combine 45 ml of aged rum, 20 ml of white rum, 15 ml each of Triple Sec and Velvet Falernum, 7 ml of lime juice and 3 ml of Pernod (anise liqueur) in a shaker with ice; shake well.
  2. Strain into a short glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
