Baked Brie and Bacon Canapes with Maple Syrup topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 8 mini wheels of brie cheese (25 g each)
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 5 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- Thinly sliced green onions, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 120°C.
- On a baking sheet or ovenproof dish, bake the Brie rounds until warm to the touch and slightly softened, 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine walnuts, maple syrup, vinegar, and bacon. Spoon the nut mixture onto each warmed brie wheel. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
