Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (220 g) of cream cheese
- 1 package (220 g) of chilled whipped topping*
- Chocolate ice cream topping (recommended: Magic Shell)
- 1 pie crust cookie (recommended: Oreo)
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the toppings and crust. Beat with a hand mixer. Gently fold the whipped topping into the prepared crust, spread it over the prepared crust, and freeze for 2 hours. Once the cake is set, drizzle with the chocolate topping and return to the freezer for another 20 minutes.
- Defrost the pie slightly before serving. Slice thinly as it's very rich.
Note This imitation whipped cream* is produced in America under the Kraft Heinz brand and is called whipped topping. It's used as a dessert filling and in some no-bake pie recipes as a semi-finished product or ingredient that doesn't require physical whipping and can retain its texture for a long time without melting.
