Ingredients:
- 1 piece of beef weighing 1.3 - 1.8 kg. (see Note)
- 110 g butter
- 1 package of gravy mix
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- Pepperoncini peppers to taste, and a little marinade from the jar
Preparation:
- Place the meat in a slow cooker. Add the butter, gravy mix, ranch dressing, and peppers with the marinade. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and simmer over low heat until tender, about 8 hours.
Culinary advice You can use chuck, sirloin, or rump. If desired, you can pre-sear the meat until golden brown.
