Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 2 medium oranges, peeled (including white pith)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
Preparation:
- Juice the carrots, then the oranges, following your juicer's instructions. Stir in the chia seeds, if using, and let them soak for 5 minutes. Drink the juice immediately, adding ice if desired.
