Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (193°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice into 0.5 cm thick slices. Cut the slices into 0.5 cm thick bars. Place the potatoes in a bowl and rinse well with cold water, then drain and pat the potatoes dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste. Working in batches if necessary, spread the potatoes in an even layer, without overlapping, and cook, turning halfway through, until golden brown, 14-16 minutes. Season with salt. Ingredients: |
