Brussels sprouts in an air fryer

Ingredients:

  • 450 g small Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 3.5 liters.

Preparation:

  1. Trim the Brussels sprouts, cut them into quarters, and toss them in a large bowl with olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (195°C) for 5 minutes. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer and cook, stirring once, until well-browned and crisp, about 18 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter and toss with Parmesan and lemon zest.
