Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp. l. 2% milk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Whisk together yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Add blue cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and ground black pepper to taste, and stir gently. Refrigerate the sauce overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
